Roger Powell's incredible sand sculpture tradition returns to Findlay again this year at Riverside Park. For the 9th year, the big trucks filled with sand rolled in on Friday before Palm Sunday and the week long activities began. As usual, Roger, members of the community and people from far away congregate and volunteer for the unique and laborious task of building the inspirational art.
