A FAIR treat each year is the free popcorn handed out by Blanchard Valley Center for Developmental Disabilities.
More than 6,000 bags were handed out at last year's Fair by staff and volunteers of the Center.
I'm a member of the Center's Board of Directors.
Tomorrow, from 3pm to 5pm, I'm scheduled to do the popping!
