Message from framewerkz
I'm not really sure what this is all about. Some days - the rare good days - I'm nearly convinced that I might have some form of ability with a camera. The product of which is this humble collection of images taken on various expeditions - whether it was to a place on the other side of the planet, or just down the road. On the more frequent bad days it's a strange justification for why I shouldn't be raking in the filthy lucre in my previously chosen career, wearing suits, being a dick, smoking cigars. I still smoke the cigars, but I'd like to think I'm a better person wielding a DSLR than a HP12C.
I occasionally make a thin dime selling the odd image, and I'm just lucky at being able to capture images from some of the most stunning places in the world; I just show what I see. Complementing the stricter, more technical photography with the 20D I've been prone to whipping out the Lomo, which is a welcome antidote to having to worry about little things - like focus, shutter speed, yadda yadda.
Edit: I must confess that I have caved and returned to the grind. This means less opportunity to photograph, and indeed commensurately more time to regret surrendering the times I have spent doing this, rather than acceding to the exigencies of real life.
