Dansmuggen - Chironomidae.
They fly in small groups above my head. Via the IR laser + optical detection you have to wait a few seconds to trigger one. They are so small that they need to fly perfect to the focus point. This result into a tolerance of only +- 1 mm in all direction included the depth. And yes they dance and are moving very fast!
