All flashes are type SB-80-DX and SB800 at 1/32 power manual.

What sort of flash? Speedlight at low power, or do you have something faster?

Camera is set to bulb mode manual F10. You need a dark room to make this and the shutter stay open. The flash is triggererd from the trigger sensor. Use low power on the flash for short flashtime!
