Lovely color and composition.--Rene
Love it Ann, great work.
Perfect tones, beautiful composition!
Not sure how this was achieved, but it's excellent work, LT. V.
Great shot. Another with great use of DOF and lovely tone on this.
very nice. great tone and composition and DOF.
Whatever variety this is, you've captured it perfectly.
Simple is usually best, and you've nailed it.
I love this! I've been "thinking" for over a year now about how to build up a set of shots to blend together in a Japanese-style print. This is exactly one of the elements I need to go do myself. Wonderful job, love the flat colors and tones.
Nice composition, DOF and tones, Ann.
I like the sepia for this image.
really nice! I like how you kept one in the bg too
Sis & bro squabbling again? I think everyone is right for at least 1%. It is not the tamarind. The summer red flowering tree is the 'Wild Tamarind' and is the sister of the 'Jacarandan Tree', the color of the flowers is differs I think. The plant on this picture is "Trum Ket" ? It was used as soap for beating the micro creatures on many Asian heads. Hehe, but who knows I'm wrong again...pls forgive me tree.
I'm pretty certain it's the Jacaranda tree. Maybe Laine will come by and let us know. :)
A wonderful monochrome piece of work!
I don't think these are tamarind, they look like they are from that Summer red flowering tree. R we dualling Annie?
I like the solid background!
This is a back in time color. Where were you dreaming about? It's me` right? If you put some Chinese characters on the left it would be complete...then we will be all in the mood for another happy year.
And I thought _yesterday's_ image was good! (V)
