Yiiippeeeee!!! Today I complete my 1 year of PaDing. (technically I should make up the 3 days or so that I missed but I'll be easy on myself).
I thank every one of you,esp my frequent visitors. (I don't want to mention any names as I'mso afraid of leaving out someone I shouldn't). However,I should mention my "Big Brother" for introducing me to Pbase and started me on this madness. Last but not least I have to thank my trusty Nikon D70 for without it,photography wouldn't have been so much fun! Pbase is such a wonderful place to meet new friends and learn photography. I know I'm a better photographer than I was a year ago when I started. Thank you for all your continuing encouragement and support.
I'll continue PaDing Year 2 but the rules are more lenient this time around.

Hi Ann: I just came across this nice portrait of ....well, YOU. I LOVE IT. The composition and colors, and most of all your gesture with the hand indicating "taking a picture", and after reading your little story below I was very happy because now the picture is 1000 times even better. I am glad you are so passionate about your hobby as I am and I have only seen very little of your work but what I have seen is very good for some one so early into photography, so I can tell you are very talented. I also loved your picture in your profile page, it was a great idea and outstanding results!!.
