Beautiful shot. It sure does look like the cliff swallows i saw when my daughter lived in Oregon.

Hi Vern. The color threw me off at first but then I noted you had greyscaled the image. I think the light forehead fieldmark helps single it out as indeed a cliff swallow. The other swallow with a light mark on the forehead is a cave swallow, but they're in southern Texas and northern Mexico. A color image should show a red or buffy colored area around the head. But I like what you did with this. Jim M
