I saw this small bird up in a tree at Delta Ponds, and can't be sure of its identity. It has a short, broad bill, light and dark brown wings outlined beautifully in yellow. It has a white breast and light colored head. I couldn't find anything just like it in my bird books. Help! :) The back feathers, outlined in yellow were quite impressive.
