Cheaper by the Dozen

This pair of geese can tell us if the old saying, 'cheaper by the dozen', is really true. I thought they made a nice formation while swimming the canal in Alton Baker Park.

So very sweet! I love the two little ones bringing up the rear too. :)

Perfect for some kind of poster with an enlightening quote. I'm glad you are out and about.

Dang, that's a big handful to keep track of!

Are the two guys at the end of the line having a "time-out"? ;-)

What a wonderful sight to see, nice to see them all so organized, perhaps the last two have been told to go to "the naughty corner"? Good luck to this large family.

Great shot. ...and mom and dad don't have to worry about sending them to college.

Excellent shot of this typical formation for Canada geese families Vern. Lined up like ducks in a row should perhaps read "like Geese in a row" Usually Mom or Dad up front, the other adult in the rear and the young in a straight line in between. Looks like you have an even dozen there Vern.
