Over this past long weekend, my wife and I went to a friends cottage. Its hours from civilization and always yields great photo ops. This year - star trails. That was to be my project as I've never tried. I set the camera up, noticed a sliver of a moon - but thought there was no way that it would provide much light. Well - it did! I realize to the purists, this image is technically wrong. Probably on many levels. But for a first go - I'm ok with it!

...Yes, I did try again and did it later when no moon was present, I will post that one later.
