This past weekend I was able to shoot my first NHRA National Drag Race event. It was in Norwalk Ohio so it was probably the closest race for me. I have been going through the many pictures that I took trying to find the right one for this post. I settled on this one. There are no flames, no tire smoke - but this one summed up my weekend. I have been a fan of drag racing for many, many years. I also have been a fan of the above person - John Force - for the same amount of time. When I saw the expressions of the guys in the truck, I knew that feeling. As John rode past me on his scooter I thought to myself "Holy Sh!t, that's John Force"! If you look at the expressions in the back - its the same thing. I just hope I hid my excitement better then they did!
