Hi Fong,
I regret to say that I'm leaving Pbase as my partner in hosting my photos. After more than five years I've noticed I got fed up with hickups with uploading photos and a stall in new features like gallerythemes. The 'others' have more to offer for the same ammount of money. I don't intend to stop making pictures because that's my passion. Meanwhile I have started a new account with Zenfolio ( www.stadssite-edam.nl ) where pictures of my hometown and some other stuff will appear in the near future. I would like to thank you for the nice comments, the support and the warm welcome here at Pbase. I wish you well.

I really appreciate it. Yes it certainly has seen better days - most of the Casco Viejo has not been restored and is pretty shabby - but I think the old buildings have a lot more character than the restored ones.
