Hi Jay !
Thank you for your nice words on my "High&Mighty" gallery.
You too have some great stuff here. Dunno about small "birds" but you sure are flying it nicely...
All the best!

Dear Jay Beckman,
I'm glad you're pleased.
The crocodile hunter was one of a kind.
A special Irwin quality.
Bindi is an Irwin through and through!
This family lived their dream for years.
The saga will continue, I have no doubt.
Continued prayers and support for this family.

Nice pixs Jay. I was expecially impressed with your fireworks ones. I haven't had any success with them myself. Pity your pixs didn't have any EXIF ... would have made for a great tutorial.
Thanks ftoo or dropping by my site. Cheers from Downunder.

As a former F-8 Crusader driver, I thoroughly enjoyed your gallery. Lots of old friends were just viewed. Thanks for posting for all to see. That ole Beech was commonly referred to as a Bug Smasher during my time around the twin engined many bounces per touch down bird. The B-17 shot will be enjoyed by several of my friends that flew it durng WW-II. Thanks again.

The Shoo Shoo Shoo is a plane that was part of The 91st Bomb Group (Heavy) which was an air combat unit of the United States Army Air Forces during the Second World War. A "heavy bombardment group," the 91st operated B-17 Flying Fortress aircraft and were known unofficially as "The Ragged Irregulars". The 91st Bomb Group is most noted as the unit in which the bomber Memphis Belle flew, and for having suffered the greatest number of losses of any heavy bomb group in World War II.

The 91st Bomb Group conducted 340 bombing missions from England while assigned to the Eighth Air Force. Inactivated at the end of the war, the group was brought back in 1947 as a reconnaissance group of the United States Air Force, and then had its lineage and honors bestowed on like-numbered wings of the Strategic Air Command and the Air Force Space Command. It's good to know that she's flying. Thanks for Sharing

Hi Jay, thanks for stopping by with such nice comments.. yes, I use the Young Eagle shots(and other aviation) for our local EAA and also make them available to National EAA for use. I've seen some of my photos get used here and there, but never the ones I think show a young person at their full "delight" as some show.
All in the eye of the beholder I guess 8-)

Thanks again, stay safe..

One day, I will reach your level. Your pictures possesses a mysteriously motivating aura. But for now, I just need to figure out how to use this stupid Photoshop.

Jay,

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my Wings and Wheels Car Show gallery. The show is held in Chesapeake, VA at the Hampton Roads Executive Airport on US Hwy 58 West. The show is usually held in the late summer or early fall. It is sponsored by the Tidewater Mopar Club and is open to all cars and trucks. The warbirds and aircraft make a great addition to the show as well and gives you some great photo ops.

Take care and remember the best part of flying is the landing!!
