I call this exotic because I have never come across a plant with leaves that grows roots.
This is a very interesting leave which is good as a bookmark. Apparently the roots will still be growing in between your books.
Let me try a sample and tell you later. I took a few leaves and left it on the ground covered the leave so that the roots can grow.
