This was a three-shot panorama taken from the top of the Stratosphere Tower.

Much of the foreground section of the Strip pictured here has changed hands and will be torn down within the next few years.

Nikon D1x ,Promaster 60-300mm f/4-5.6
The Promaster was coupled with a Tamron 2X SP AF TC; this was shot at 600mm. full exif

It's funny how the buildings on the Strip look so close together, until you try to walk to all of them! I see that the new mega building just past the Wynn is coming out of the ground. When we were there in April, it was a huge hole in the ground, with a little steel showing.
