Photos from our cruise to Antarctica on the Marco Polo. The trip started in Buenos Aires, then to Ushuaia, the southern most town on Earth, where we boarded the Marco Polo. After weathering the 600 mile long Drake Passage, the roughest seas on all the oceans, we arrived at Antarctica. We made several landings in Zodiacs and saw many penguins and spectacular scenery. Finally, we headed back to Ushuaia and spent some time in the beautiful Tierra del Fuego. This Gallery is a work in progress, as I have many slides to scan. Most of these photos are just from my little Fuji digital camera. Check back for more additions.
