Nothing like a cold glass of moose drool on a hot day in Yellowstone N.P.
Could be chased with a Holy Grail Ale "tempered over burning witches"

Moose Drool? Over here we don't temp the beast that much! :)

I haven't tried either of these. However .... I'm game! Nice closeup!
Fay Stout14-Sep-2009 17:29
I'd buy them just for the labels!
Maaike Huizer14-Sep-2009 14:51
Cheers!! I wonder how these taste.

Nice shot. Glad you survived both. ;-)

I notice that both bottles are empty. Are you going to serve us up some full ones?
Nice shot.

We had Moose Drool when we vacationed in Yellowstone this summer. Truly a fun name for a decent beer. Nicely photographed Jim!

Where do you guys shop?! These ales are hilarious. Were they also delicious?

"Ah told them we got one". I loved that movie.
With names like that you would just have to try one.

I'll pass on both, although I just love watching Monty Python!!
Cindi Smith13-Sep-2009 03:00
Is the Monty Python one any good? One of my all time fave shows. Used to sit back and laugh for hours when they had back to back episodes!

Between you & John I'm fast going off my roast pork & cheese sandwich LOL

I think I'll pass on the Moose Drool Jim, although the Holy Ail might be good for a laugh.
If you are into wine there is always that old antipodean favourite 'Cat's pee on a goosberry bush' to freshen up the palate.
