Day 12
When we woke up in our next camp in Savuti there were some elephants in the neighborhood.
Always interesting to see Francis' hair in the morning ;)
This elephant was the first animal we saw in the morning and our guide talked to him so that he would unblock our way!
We can say this was the elephant day, we saw lots of them!
We arrived to our next camp site where we had a wonderful view of Namibia.
Francis and I in front of our lovely tent :)
After a light lunch at the camp we're again ready to see more animals!
A warthog looking at us very intensely.
Giraffes eating but one of the calves is looking at us with curiousity.
This is a dead elephant covered with bird excrements.
It's impressive to see a male elephant peeing.
Very cute sight of a mother and her calf.
Very close to our camp site there was an area full of baboons (hundreds of them!).
An elephant drinking water.
Jens, Verena and me having fun :)
A fire in Namibia. Unfortunately this is not a very rare view.
