Can be Cortinarius chrysomallus. There are a few forms of that species, some are red brown, some more hazelnut with light green looking edges. The one here has rolled up his umbrella due to a few dry days or intense sun warming. the stem and the form of the head of the small one is typical, the ruff and wide spaced blades of the hymenium as well. For sure, only microscopy can give you the final result.
