Cortinarious are quite difficult to determine just like this. The form of the umbrella lets me think more about an Inocybe, form and colour of the stem lets me think in direction of Inocybe Boltonii or Inocybe maculata. Both have htat stem and colour matches, the edge of the umbrella bursts sometimes when the mushroom gets dry. But those two fellow are often found with non split umbrella, especially Boltonii splits quite seldom. Inocybes are quite difficult to determine as well, there main caracteristic is an intense smell of sperm or sweet fruits, mainly apple and pears.
