clematis seeds

Berkeley, CA

Andrys asked me to explain how I did this. Used the Macro setting. Moved my position to place a darker background behind the seeds(side of a wooden building in shadow at a distance.) I have the same image with the contrast completely reversed when the bright sky was the background.

Probably tried several times to focus, as the camera seems to have a mind of its own, but if I keep trying it will eventually focus on something. Held my breath. Took the photo. Sometimes I use the timer and wait, so that I don't get a jiggle when I push the button-- don't know whether I did this time.

This is a point & shoot ? Unreal!

Go to edit-image and use the caption area to tell how you did this. That's an order! ;-)
