John and Dave, I have a good friend who has had a long and illustrious career at the University of Toronto pontificating on the meaning of the works of Marshall McLuhan. Although some might feel this to be a somewhat demeaning occupation it does rank several positions lower in the scale of BS than that of Press Secretary for the various members of the House of Windsor.
I have studied the writings of Marshal McLuhan. Low quality psyops, one short step from BS.
The one on the right is a trim little craft. (memories of the Danforth anchor).
The yellow billboards pictured above enhance the visual environment but present a hazard to drivers. Marshall McLuhan (a Canadian!) theorized that "the medium is the message" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_medium_is_the_message ). The message being transmitted above is one that is hard to ignore.
