In recent years we see many "Q" cars racing about the streets.
Unmarked cars of all types, only recognisable when suddenly sirens sound and hidden blue lights in the grille start flashing, and the obligatory one passed out the window to stick on the roof.
Many years ago I nearly became a policeman.
But I did'nt, so no point pursuing that line of thought.
