Hawaii Explorer, March 2007

An incredible week in Hawaii - we went to the North Shore to see Haleiwa and the Banzai Pipeline , around the island, Pearl Harbor, all over Waikiki and Honolulu! We enjoyed snorkeling, sailing, hiking and mountain-climbing, swimming, surfing, singing, and plenty of sightseeing. Oh yeah, and a little bit of shopping too! We gorged ourselves on a variety of foods, including the Hard Rock Cafe, Bubba Gumps (with an impromptu concert by a California High School choir), shave ice, pizza by the ocean (highlighted by a performance by Waikiki's most famous hula dancing duet) and - of course - a magnificent Hawaiian luau. We finished off with a great dinner and dance party at Chuck's - with a showing of Joe's Slideshow and DJ Telly's great sounds!

Uta, Joe, Tatjana, Sam, Jordan and Don tried to keep things rolling and we all enjoyed being with you guys as much as you enjoyed being here. We hope that you loved your week in Hawaiian Paradise and will carry great memories of it forever! Alo-o-o-ha!

was up guys, ok i wrote them an email about that video (ok i know sounds nerdy) anyhow what i got was this response "its a project based on 1 year's trips and it has not been completed. he has not posted anything - or even sent us any copies yet." so we have to wait and maybe when we are all back in our home countries we ll get sth alright catch u guys later ravi

Hey guys that trip was an amazingly awesome trip and I had so much fun with all the people I met there and I did all the crazy stuff with, especially Luke, Mauro (wtf haha), the brazilians and that one Norwegian girl ;-)!! Here it is snowing and the next beach is kinda far away... somewhere in california... Looking at all of these pictures makes me wanna go back right now! This definitely was the best week of my entire exchange year.
