At the end of the first cycle of chemo.

I had visited a hairdresser to have my hair cut short. From all I had heard and read, it was now only a matter of days until my hair was going to go.

My face is less bloated already - Cortisone is only taken during days 1-14, and this was day 21 or so - and my body had been successful in getting rid of the extra fluid.

Cortisone also makes you sweat a lot. It seemed to me I was continuously sweating - like on this image.

Tough! Handsomely tough! Love the hair. The smile not as present and the eyes say alot, but again, as I said in the first response, I could never imagine.
