After lymh node extraction.

The cancerous lymph node had been bigger then expected and went till far below the collar bone. The Surgeon had some troubles to extract it.

As a result, he cut through some lymphatic vessels.
As a result of this, I had to have a drain for 15 days - normally, a drain is only necessary for 2-3 days.
