After WPM 2005 5318 sat on the shelf out of frustration with the peeling of the Cannon walkway material (never glue it down with ACC)

Around January 2007 I pulled 5318 off the shelf and fixed the walkways glueing the Cannon material down with Barge cement, the fun part was sanding/scrapping down the ACC. The shell was fitted to a Athearn SD38/40 chassis.

3/31/07 ready for paint how many years has it been ????
4/28/07 finished!!!!
