Cocoon Nebula, new procesing
New processing from the scratch.
Simeis 147 - Supernova remmant
The mosaic of this supernovae remmant does not finish due to the sale of the telescope.
It's such a pity.
Sh2-235 new processing
Hi all,
This is an old picture taken by a FSQ was sold a year ago. Never was processed with due care and has now decided to try a new slow and careful process.
I hope the result will be more enjoyable.
Best Regards

Sh2-187. Seeing in the dark
NGC-7380 in Hubble Palete
NGC 7380 is a active star forming region sited in the outer spiral arm of the milky way.
This field contains young stars with powerfull solar wind that make the gas that surround them glow an intense red.
Also these winds and radiation sculpt clouds of gas and dust into the mountainous ridges like the "pillars of the creation" in the eagle nebula.
In counterpoint, a mysterious dark nebula seems to look envious of light from their wonderful companion.
Ngc-7380, The Wizard
This beautiful part of the Cepheus constellation have bright nebulae and dark dust clouds too.
NGC7380 is a forming star active region that are presided by a notable open cluster dicovered in 1787 by Caroline Herschell.
CTB-1 (Aka Abell 85) in Hubble palette
This weak supernova remnant contains mainly H2 and O3 emissions. The SII emission is marginal and is concentrated in the north-west of the nebula.
This nebula is located in Cassiopeia and the estimated distance to Earth is 3.1 +-0.5Kpc. His age, based on its rate of expansion of the field structure would be between 7500 and 11000 years.
