HAWAII - PUNCHBOWL NATIONAL MEMORIAL CEMETERY OF THE PACIFIC

This was an afternoon visit in mid-April 2005 to the Punchbowl Cemetery which is military cemetery in the bowl shaped volcano cone in Honolulu. It was originally a resting place for Hawaiian native royalty but is now used primarily by the US Navy. The site also features a variety of historical displays on the Pacific battles of World War II. Eric, my name is rachel. i grew up in Hawaii. My father died in Oct. of 2004 and was laid to rest in Punchbowl. I have been all over the internet to try and find some pictures of his final resting place since i have moved and are no longer able to visit him in person. pictures were the last thing on my mind during that time. would it be possible for me to have some copies made of the beautiful photos you took? nothing has compared to them. I would be more that willing to reimbers any cost. thank you.
