B.L.M. - Cowiche Canyon

I took a late November visit to Cowiche Canyon under sunny skies. This little hike is a Rails to Trails conversion on the Western edge of Yakima. It was formerly part of the Burlington Northern Railroad line from Tieton to Yakima. The rails and ties have been removed and now it serves as a nice walkway following the rail bed alongside Cowiche Creek between the canyon walls. Below are a few photos from Cowiche Canyon:
