All this discussion has no meaning. Wechler, one of the most important creator of I.Q. tests did said: "inteligence is what the test measures". Nothing more and nothing less. He was talking about the other important things that should be added to the basic I.Q.; emotions, instincs, values, sense, etc. Maybe you hear of "multiple inteligences"?.
The discussion about I.Q. has nothing to do with right or wrong. A genius can do horrible things (you can ask Oppenheimer if you ever visit Hell).
