You have never served; you do not know their reasons; you are more than uninformed; you have nothing to talk about. Please refrain from posting things that defame our country and defame our troops. We would rather have them come home knowing they've served for their freedom. You apparently don't know about living in a counrty where freedom of speech gets you killed; where your government watches you, to make sure you don't speak out. Service is defined by that very concept. You serve for your freedom, your people, and yourself; not the government.

Obviously you don't know crap either. How would you like to go overseas to fight someone else's war and get spit at by children who don't want you there, chanted threats by passerbys, risk getting shot at by AK-47s and RPGs or blown up by roadside bombs, burning alive in your humvee and if possible have your charred and striped body dragged down the street by people you were told not to shoot at, kidnapped and threatened to be decapitaded as your family cries and pleads for your release which would more likely end with the loss of your head. Finally how would you like it if you were killed or maimed and all you and your family get is a simple letter of apology and useless medal if alive and lucky. How would you like it? You expect us to cheer and applause as each dead American soldier is brought back in a body bag? What kind of support is that? A simple salute and taps is not enough to compensate a life uselessly taken away. More than 900 dead so far, whats the progress? More terrorism. Worth it?

War should be avoided at all costs. We were dragged in WW1 & WW2 and had no choice. In this war, we were decived and lured to war and stupidly Bush took the bait!!!! Now look at this mess. Bush calls it progress, but disaster is a better word.

Simple words......Just think about it.......

You obviously don't know crap about the military either. When we bring them home are we going to put them on the borders or just send them home, really home?

Poor soldiers. Now nothing but helpless mindedless puppets on strings being controlled by master Bush and the other cowards pulling their strings. To support them is to bring them home where they belong and to never send them to a useless and unprogressive war. Unfortunately Bush and the right wingnuts turned the idea of "support out troops" to "bring em on!". I dare Bush to send his daughters to the war so he would know how it feels if he gets a letter saying that his beloved daughter was blown to smithrines by a roadside bomb or RPG. Time to cut those strings off.
