I glued the 30 gauge wire in the pattern shown and sandwiched it between the two vests. The two vests are stuck together using "Heat Bond" (about $5 @ So Fro Fabrics) which is ironed right over the wire. Then you need "trailer" light connectors (< $2 at NAPA) and electric tape....and ZAPPO! - snug and warm.
