I saw a large hawk like bird at Upper Concunully lake in Okanogan County Washington. Large dark wings, head looks like a osprey, body was elongated and grey. It came out of a lakeside snag and dove after a fish. Flew up and then soared inna couple of circles and landed again. While circling it flew by another snag where another bird like it was sitting. There's lots of raptors here but I've never seen one like this.
