Pittsburgh's downtown Cultural District is a fourteen square block area in the forefront of the City's third Renaissance effort. The district includes many theaters, galleries and performance spaces including Heinz Hall, the Benedum Center, the Wood Street Galleries and more. The Cultural District is an easy walk from many of Pittsburgh's urban neighborhoods.
I find these pictures very interesting. I didn't realize Pittsburgh has an Oyster House. I am an oyster lover and was surprised to discover your picture. Cincinnati had one but it is long gone--a remnant of a past age. If I ever get to Pittsburgh I will certainly look this one up.
