Snowy Owl

This Snowy Owl was seen in a field north of Belgium, Wisconsin on Jan. 29, 2009. It flew to a utility pole, then swooped down to an open field where it caught and ate a small rodent. The rodent (a vole) was as wild as the owl that consumed it
