I enjoy the challenge of photographing sun/moonrise and sun/moonset from (to me, at least) interesting locations and perspectives. Many of these, particularly involving the moon, occur only one or two days in a year, others for only a few weeks,
such as sunset behind the Pensacola Beach Fishing Pier which is visible for about three weeks in midwinter.
