An imitation Mantzel Power Resonator and a poor one at that.
In theory it creates resonant frequency waves in the intake air
which help fill the cylinder when the intake cam opens as well
as helping evacuate the exhaust charge while the 2 valves overlap.
Here it replaces the factory Dual-Ram ('97-'98) intake assembly.
