Our waterways support an abundance of pelicans and waterbirds. There are hundreds of boat ramps on our lakes and rivers, many with fish-cleaning tables. It goes without saying, that every time a fishing boat returns to shore and has been lucky enough to catch a few nice fish, the pelicans and seagulls are there waiting for a free feed! Even if you haven't been out fishing, take some fish scraps along with your camera, and you'll be assured of capturing some great shots of the birds feeding!
