Dear Elliot Lowe,

I am an alumnus of the Broadcast & Electronic Communication Arts Department at San Francisco State University (graduated May 2009). I am making a web site or possible YouTube page to showcase a news reporting demo reel that I made in broadcasting classes for educational purposes. I inserted an image of the picture of KTVU's news helicopter from your flickr page (the image was shot from the computer screen from the video camera). I want to post the reels with this shot and the clips onto YouTube or the website for employment purposes: just to showcase my news reporting work to possible employers in the broadcasting industry (part of the job hunt). With your permission, may I please post this image/clip to the web or YouTube site?

Please contact me when you have the chance. Contact information is at the end of this message. Thank you. Your assistance is very much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Brian McCallen

Hi Elliot. Great shots. I'd like to ask permission to use one of your photos for a textbook in Japan. It would be very tiny, but still, a photo from a real hockey fan would be great! You would get credit in the book, and if you have an online payment site, I can pay you as well. Please contact me at critchley55@ybb.ne.jp I can send you the 2 photos I'd like to use. Thanks for your time.
Cheers,
Mike Critchley

The Jung Family Reunion of 1987 brings back some very nice memories. I am so glad to have accidently bumped into this website. Could this provide enough incentive for another reunion.

OHS 64 Wildcats seem pretty "tamed down" this many years later.

Good framing! You got peoples' name tags into the shots and your photos enhanced everyone's finest features! (My goodness! It's amazing to think that we''re all the age that grandparents were while WE were in high school. Really puts things in perspective when you consider how quickly the years have passed.)

I didn't make it to the reunion. I was playing a gig that day. If you happen to remember a curly haired 'cellist who wore glasses, was the class dork and who answered to the name of "Gretchen Hargrove," -- that would be me.

Managed to shed the glasses, the image and the name. Am now (and have been for more years than I was "Gretchen"), Jennifer Walker. On graduation from OHS, was awarded a four year music scholarship to Holy Names College. On graduation from "Names" in 1968, I went to fly as a stewardess for TWA. Flew out of LAX, met plenty of celebs, flew international routes, and bid my flights so that when I wasn't flying, I played 'cello in the theater pit for (it seems like) millions of shows. With this happy combination of circumstances I found myself either "up in the air" or "in the pits". Now, I live in the Wine Country and own my own entertainment business wherein I contract musicians to play for weddings and corporate events. And I continue to play with the symphony. So that pulls you "up to date" -- if you DO happen to remember a girl named "Gretchen Hargrove."

Again , Elliott -- thanks for so much hard work so well done!
