Comparison of Light Output From Ikelite DS125 in TTL and Manual modes,
using Nikon Coolpix 990. This Camera Doesnt have a preflash. I am photographing
the Ikelite strobe with the Nikon camera. Thus I can visually tell if the
camera and the strobe are in sync, and can roughly compare the light
output of the strobe. The settings on the strobe were:
strobe off, on with TTL, and on at the various manual settings. Conclusion is
that the Ikelite DS125 is an excellent match for the Coolpix 990. It will work
in either TTL mode or manual mode at any setting.
