Whenever you see Jesas in short skirt and "tortured" really badly, be assured it's Indian Jesas... The Incas who were brutally slaughtered by Spaniards ( at the end of 19 century only 9% of 16 century native population survived... ) and eventually converted in to Christian beliefs, were so much convinced by priests that "the more pain you've experienced in your life the more good you shall see in the other life", that they devised their own Jesas covered with wounds and drenched in blood all over the place.
