Wild Geese Scewers With Corn & Asparagus Polenta, Cuzco
Nevermind the most fabulous geese scewers ( not sure though, whether it was really goose or rather condor... ) the real blast came from oven baked and made of roughly ground corn flour cake which was layered with grilled asparagus, portobello mushrooms, red pepper and spinach, holy macaroni ! Argentinian wine we "consumed" is not even worth mentioning...
I am flattered by this comment as you inspired me with your "low light opportunitites" to incarnate the essense of the feast of underworld creatures, which is certainly the case here as where else in Andes you might find geese scewers ?! As for appreation of the gallery, I honestly believe that it's about time to make such profound decision and statement on the gallery page, if you don't mind , LOL ?!
What great textures and colors in this photo of culinary delights. What delicious light and you know, Eldar, I can smell the savory aromas of these Geese Skewers coming directly through my monitor. Exquisite.... and a great addition to the greatest Peruvian Gallery of all times. Michael.
