Beef & Scallops Teriyaki !

As many hungry & angry troopers insisted on having some kinda lunch ( especially Ann ) I decided to fulfill my promise and offer a snack at the very end of this exhausting venture, hopefully it will meet everybody's approval ! Whoever survived through the whole trip will be rewarded with this delicacy, beef & scallops teriyaki on the bed of yucca puree and seaweeds sprinkled with red caviar ! Holy Macaroni ! This gastronomic delight is being served for all my friends and can simply knock anybody out of his socks !

Eldar, now I understand, there must be some rich people out there, than I know Wolfgang Buck from LA Spago Restaurant.

Eldar, where did you find this wonderful dish in a dessert? It looks so "appetitlich", as we germans say. Rhine wine does go very well with it and your choice of Amarone only tells that you are not only a great photographer, but a gourmet as well. And I know what I´m talking about, then I´m a Michelin starred chef, trying to be as good in photography as cook in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing!!
Salute Boris

Unfortunally we had red Clos Du Bois in Moab, so I feel really failing your expectations... Yet, in order to reabilitate myself in your eyes, hmmmmm... We might start scallops with , like you mentioned, semi-dry Rhine wine and at the time when you move to the beef switch to Amarone Negrar, eh ? It's gotta be 2 full bottles, though, you and I are not kinda tiny-winnies, but rather strong muchachos ?!

Some answers are really quite obvious. With a delicacy such as this there MUST be drink. But because there is both beef AND scallops, it is difficult to determine what is best. Personally, I think a marvelous blend of flavors such as this requires expert guidance from a real food connoisseur. My first impulse would be to start with a good semi sweet rhine wine and finish off with cognac. What do you think master? Oy! Michael.

So, Rene... Do I qualify to be employed by RIM & Co. ? I bet they don't serve anything like that even in Nice, LOL ?!
