Its Christmas. And Santa has a great sense of humor ! So he dressed up like the police and scared the shit out of some drunk guy running around in the woods !!! Just tell the police it was all a test, to check if the were doing their job ! Or tell them Santa drove the car !

With the hood open,it looks more like the owner is looking for Santa's presents and is trying to avoid Santa himself ;-)))
