Prague At Dusk

This is my first attempt to get HDR image from just one JPEG. It is not bad , but far away from either RAW or few JPEGs quality wise. I am still in stone age and using layer masks in Photoshop 7, as most people are running HDRs through either Photomatix or PS SC9.

Totally amazing!! What a great "eye" you have...Your images are truly "one of a kind"....I can't see how it would be any better using Photomatix !!

Wow!!! I'm really impressed. This is sooo beautiful Eldar. The quality of the shadows and the detail is amazing. And on top of that surreal look and excellent tones. Very very well processed.

That devil was Photomatix Basic for HDR technique, :-). Then a bit of brushing with light brush on the foreground and voila ! Lemmi know if you want to have free site for download ! Minolta handled this straight against the sun shot with amplomb, I was really impressed... How did you like my copyright note, LOL ?

Hello Eldar. the little devils that reside inside thses statues seem to raise their fingers to the sky in appreciation of the fact that you shot this at 1/4000 sec so as not to let the sun oveexpose this crafty photo. Nice photoshop technique in revealing some frontal light when all the lighting seems to come from the rear.... perhpas the inner devils provided a little frontal glow. And it was also thoughful of these stony relics to cast their glow on that dramatic sky, iluminating it in such a way as to reveal, in a theatrical way, the fine act of composition found in the city below. Nicely done. Michael.
