Portugese Delight

If you're in to white or rose wines this one should be on the top of your list. Unfortunately, I believe that you can buy this wine only in Portugal, so no luck here. Nonetheless, it is very light in body, but has very elegant taste reminiscent of grape leaves drenched in bright Portugese sun with easily identifiable aromas of honey and hints of tamarisk... Very recommended with Russian chicken perogues and curry filet mignon !

I wish I knew what barnacles were, yet I already feel like something is missing in my life...

Portugal is the only place thus far where I ate barnacles. They do look mean, but they don't taste anyway near as bad as look. That wine looks like it would go well with barnacles. And, with salted bacalhao (with apologies to Jose Paulo, I don't have any of the fancy tildes and other letter adornments the Portuguese groove on my keyboard)also.

Finally a Portuguese wine for your gallery! I am happy! :-)
