Michael, the situation here is lot worse than you ever might think... This truck is already history, look at its middle section ! They better leave it there as a testament to own stupidity, LOL !

I think the problem here, Eldar, is that these two nudnicks do not realize that they are in America. They call up the AAA looking for a tow truck and tell the AAA operator it is only 250 km away. Well, the operator not understanding km, says to herself, they must mean miles and she says.... I am sorry boys, 250 miles is just too far away for us to send you any help... and she just hangs up the phone. Oy. America.

Amigo, if it were Toyota, this truck would have been already broken by half, LOL !
Guest 19-Dec-2006 22:52

One can see genius mind miles away... Yet, wait a minute... You promised me 10 min. !!!??? Do you have superpowers just like that guy flying in short red mantel ???

Absolutely Eldar, use gravity to do the work. There are enough rocks to be stacked right at the back of the truck bed. The weight will push the rear wheels tight to the ground to get some grip. Stack rocks under the front wheels to keep them high., scrape away some dirt under the middle, one side at a time. At this point you could either push it out carefully or drive back out slowly.
Did this with a 5 ton lorry many years ago.

Geeezzz... I am not sure, John, how would you do that, but open for brilliant ideas :-). Load cargo area with rocks to balance it down ?

Two strong men, why would they need a tow truck ?
I could get that off in ten minutes on my own.
