I am not sure what you imply, amigo, while comparing WMD with fallics. In my firm belief mushroom shaped "Fat Martha" and neighbouring her "Little Willy" wouldn't stand a change in confrontation between friendly nations, let alone opposite genders, nes't pas ?! By the way, that biological hazard sign depicts extensive use of viagra in the times of Oliver Cromwell ( please, see the date when picture was taken ), you're here spot on ! As for our favorite villain Truman, I am 100% confident that, and as you mentioned, if he ever had an access to viagra, then all those poor 200,000 people weren't burned in inferno as he would've been busy with banging Marilyn, while laughing at that Johnny "F" ! Please, remember that the time as fifth state of matter isn't known to locals...

Have you ever noticed o evil one, that all these cylindrical weapons of mass destruction are coincidentally enlarged phallic symbol, complete with womens' names inscribed on them. The hazardous material sign is a nice touch. It is the ultimate consequence of political dysfunction, nudnickism and extreme impotence. Perhaps history would have been considerably different if Truman had access to Viagra:) Oy Oy Oy. Ciao, Michael.

Ladies, they don't have museums or bases in the underworld, masters of the hell ain't jokers unlike our masters on the surface of the Earth... Besides, they don't pull the gun from the pocket without firm intention to use it right away...So, this baby "Fat Martha" is charged with user friendly aerosols of brucellosis & anthrax and ready to fly to the destination... whenever right moment comes... make sure you always have full tank of gas in your car... Needless to mention that world "peace" is not even known in the hell, LOL...
